HIS Press offers wholesale pricing to approved bookstores, ministries, and retail partners.
Wholesale orders are subject to availability.
Minimum order quantity: 10 copies.
Wholesale pricing is not available for personal purchases.
HIS Press reserves the right to decline wholesale access where appropriate.
Orders are shipped from South Africa.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and courier rates.
Shipping charges will be included on the invoice.
Risk transfers to the retailer upon shipment.
Estimated delivery times vary by region and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
For international shipments, all taxes and border fees will be for the account of the retailer.
Initial wholesale orders are prepaid.
Approved stockists may be offered Net 30 payment terms at the discretion of HIS Press.
Invoices must be paid in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods will be specified on the invoice.
Failure to remit payment within 14 days will result in order cancellation.
HIS Press does not accept returns of unsold inventory.
Damaged or defective copies may be replaced if reported within 14 days of delivery.
Claims must include description and photographic evidence.
Replacement copies will be shipped at no additional cost where applicable.
